Kenisha Williams, is the founder of Beni HR Consulting
Group. A native of Odessa, Texas. Kenisha graduated from both University of the Permian Basin (BA in Political Science) and Texas Tech University (BA in Human Resources Development with concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Integrative Studies).

She has worked several years as a Director of Human Resources with a notable oil Company in West Texas. During her tenure Kenisha has led the organization in which she has served to reduce turnover, recruiting and maintaining top talent and mediating employee disputes which preserve the integrity of the organization as well as reducing unnecessary expenses.

Kenisha has a deep desire to serve as an example that would empower and inspire others to stay focused on their dreams and committed to their passions despite the challenges they may face.
